Please contact us to discuss your individual situation and service options. At this time we will also be able to discuss the services available and the costs related to these for your consideration.
Typically, we will provide a quote for a psychological assessment and on completion another quote for the intervention, if required.
Fees are charged for all contact time, this includes assessment and intervention sessions, time needed to contact other key people, writing of reports/letters, and development of therapy/intervention resources. The minimum charge-out time is one 10th of an hour (i.e. 6 minutes).
GST will be added to all fees and costs, and will be included in all quotes and invoices.
If we are required to travel outside Hamilton City boundary, then travel time will be charged at 50% of the hourly rate (plus GST), and the distance travelled charged at the rate specified by Inland Revenue Department (i.e., $0.76 per km plus GST).
For invoiced services, payment is required by direct debit as we do not have the facilities to accept payment by EFTPOS or credit card.
